BE Bauelemente GmbH is one of the leading companies in the window & door industry. With its BE Windows & Doors brand, it sets standards in quality and reliability – for dealers and end customers alike.

In 2006, BE Bauelemente GmbH, a Schweiker Group company, took over the Schüco locations in Leopoldshöhe and Großkugel for the production and sales of BE Windows & Doors. From the very beginning, BE has worked consistently with A+W Cantor software in administration and production.

And BE, as an innovative company, is moving further in the direction of digitization. Not only in production, but also in the commercial area, digital, end-to-end processes are crucial. For example, digital sales channels shorten the path to the customer and create real added value for all partners involved.

Highlights

In order to shorten the distribution channel and create real added value for all partners involved, the BE team decided to work with two configurators: The easy-to-use ‘end customer configurator’ and the dealer configurator, which delivers a production-ready result.
For the dealers, in addition, the A+W Cantor dealer software continues to be a well-established and modern way as a Multi-Trade cloud solution, offering extended possibilities, from the professional design of business documents to the entire installation and service planning.
BE Bauelemente uses the software solutions consistently: from quotation and order entry in A+W iQuote and in the A+W Cantor Dealer solution, the organization of commercial processes, such as purchasing and materials management, to production control via A+W Cantor CIM as well as machine control.
