Demos of A+W Analytics were also accessible from a large touchscreen display and became a major talking point for visitors to booth #1119.
John Staiano, COO of A+W Software North America, reports that A+W had a much higher volume of traffic this year compared to last and the company talked with many companies that want to invest in high-impact software that delivers accuracy, transparency, and cost savings. He said that a large number of companies visiting A+W’s booth are not currently using software for their operation or are still relying on Excel-based systems. They too were turning to A+W for a comprehensive solution.
“This indicates the market is growing and the customer base is looking to prepare for this growth,” he says.
Staiano adds that, based on discussions with prospects in the Window and Door space, most companies were reporting between 20-40% increase in sales this year.
Other products that drew attention in September were: A+W Business, A+W BusinessPro, A+W Cantor Enterprise, and A+W Production.
GlassBuild America took place September 12-14 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The conference reports that over 8,600 people attended this year and that attendees and exhibitors originated from 71 countries.
Next year’s GlassBuild America takes place September 17-19 in Atlanta, Georgia.
