Book keeping made simple: A & W Holdings will send you your rent along with a monthly statement stating rent collected and any expenses incurred that month making tax time headache free as well.

· Resolves all maintenance issues

Forget the hassle of maintenance calls, we handle them all for you. Our in-house staff can fix many issues inexpensively.

· 120 Day Property Inspection

Your property will get a thorough interior and exterior inspection every four months. You will receive an inspection report which will include any recommended action.

· Tenant Turnover

A & W Holdings will monitor moving old tenants out and new tenants in. We handle signing leases, parking permits, security deposits etc. A & W Holdings will also quickly prepare property for new tenant, minimizing vacancies.

· Tenant Screening

A & W Holdings will advertise your property and thoroughly screen all prospective tenants. We handle showing the property to prospective tenants as well. You always have final say on who is allowed to rent your property.
